• If your balance falls below $500.00 on any day of the statement cycle or your average daily balance falls below $1,250.00 the following fees will apply: Maintenance fee of $10.00; $.15 for each item out of your account
• Overdraft fees: Item paid – overdraft fee of $15.00; Item returned – return fee of $15.00
